Order fees apply to any order containing a digital product set up through Linkcase. Bandwidth fees apply to the first download or streaming request from a hosted file for a customer's order each day.
Order fees are simple. Bandwidth fees cover hosted downloads and streaming.
Every order containing a digital product set up through the app incurs the plan's per-order fee.
Hosted files incur the plan's per-GB fee on the first download or stream from a customer's order per day.
Voucher codes, licence keys, external URLs, and other non-file digital attachments do not incur bandwidth usage fees.
Bandwidth usage equals file size multiplied by the number of qualifying download or streaming requests.
A 500 MB file downloaded 10 times creates 5 GB of usage. On Starter, that would be $1.25 in bandwidth fees.
Starter supports hosted files up to 5GB each. Premium supports hosted files larger than 5GB each.
The core product is the same on both plans.
